TSJC Announces New Vice President

Trinidad State Junior College President Felix Lopez recently announced the selection of Michael Jolly as Vice President of Administrative Services and Chief Fiscal Officer for the college. “We are pleased to have Mr. Jolly join our leadership team. He brings to TSJC a wealth of experience and professional and managerial strengths,” Lopez said.
Jolly is responsible for the overall budget, finance and business operations of the college, the operations of the Physical Plant and facilities, Human Resources, Bookstores, and Information Technology (IT) on both the Trinidad and Alamosa campuses, as well as Dining Services, Athletics, and the business side of Housing on the Trinidad campus.
A Trinidad, Colorado native, Jolly also has close ties to the San Luis Valley, as he holds both bachelor and master degrees from Adams State College. He has taken doctoral classes from Colorado State University in Education and Human Resources Studies.
Prior to accepting this position at TSJC, he served as the Assistant Vice President for Auxiliary Services and Interim Executive Director of Human Resources at the University of Idaho in Moscow, Idaho.
“It is great to return to Trinidad and contribute back to the college and the community,” Jolly said. He and his wife, Jeanette, have a son, James, and two daughters, Janay and Jackie.
