Trinidad State Junior College is authorized under Federal Law to enroll nonimmigrant alien students. International students seeking admissions to Trinidad State Junior College should submit an Application for Admission and an English translated transcript indicating graduation from high school which is equivelant to the twelvth grade in the United States.
English proficiency is a requirement for admission to college level courses at Trinidad State Junior College. Adequate proficiency will be interpreted as a score of 480 on the TOEFL or 805 on the Michigan Test of English Language Institute or completion of ESL 108 at Trinidad State Junior College. Any student not demonstrating adequate proficiecy will be tested and required to enroll in the appropriate English as a Second Language course.
