State Guaranteed Transfer Courses (Last updated 11/10/05)

Trinidad State Junior College is offering most State Guaranteed Transfer Courses this fall. What this means is that if you take any of these courses and pass them with a “C” or higher, they are guaranteed to transfer to any 4-year state college or university in Colorado.

When the requirements have been completed to receive an AA or AS degree at TSJC and a minimum of 38 credit hours of these State guaranteed Transfer Courses have been completed, passing all courses with a “C” or higher, a guaranteed of 60 hours can be transferred to any 4-year state college/university in Colorado. It is very important that you seek an advisors assistance to make sure that the correct courses are taken for your major.

If you took the ACT or SAT and scored below college level, or if you have not been tested, we will be offering the ACCUPLACER test. The ACCUPLACER is given at TSJC free of charge.

The courses highlighted in yellow are those added last spring (January 2005), the green are those added in the summer (2005). There are other CCCS courses that are GT courses, but they are classes that we have never taught nor are we likely to teach, like Japanese III and IV. This list is limited to those courses directly impacting TSJC.
