Criteria:

Recipient must be from the 18-county Southeast Colorado area (Pueblo, Mineral, Chaffee, Costillo, Huerfano, Las Animas, Crowley, Otero, Kiowa, Bent, Prowers, Saguache, Rio Grande, Conejos, Fremont, Custer, Alamosa, and Baca counties) and have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. Recipients should major in business or journalism. Two letters of recommendation will be required. Recipient must attend TSJC full time.
